Gwent is a strategic, faction-based card game first introduced in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

In Gwent, players build decks from factions such as the Northern Realms, Scoia'tael, Monsters, Skellige, and Nilfgaard, each with its own unique set of cards and abilities. The goal of the game is to win two out of three rounds. Players must skillfully bluff, manage their resources, and read their opponent's moves in order to wisely choose when to push aggressively to win a round — and when to hold back and play for the long game.

No, this is a self-contained game. Buying one set of Gwent: The Legendary Card Game gives you 436 cards and 5 factions to deckbuild with, along with all the needed accessories to set-up the battlefield.

There are no plans for Gwent expansions. If you would like additional cards, check out the Legendary Ballad packs.

The Gwent - Ballad Booster Pack (5 random foil cards) is only available in English. Faction Ballad cards will also be available in other languages ​​depending on the country.

There are no plans beyond the Legendary foil cards from the Ballad Heroes DLC.

However, please be aware that they will have different shipping times and the Deluxe Edition will ship much later.

You could, but the Deluxe Edition comes with all 50 booster cards in tarot-size (compatible with the other cards in the box).

The booster packs for sale are standard Trading Card Game size and will not be able to be played with your Deluxe Edition cards.

By purchasing a pre-order of Gwent, you secure a copy which will ship once the stock arrives at our warehouses. The current plan is for deliveries to begin in early September.
