Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

  1. Standard Commission Rate
    Affiliates will receive up to 11% commission on the value of all qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links or codes.

  2. Qualifying Sales
    Commission is earned on product sales excluding taxes, shipping fees, and discounts (before tax/shipping).

  3. Special Agreements
    For key partners or retail affiliates, customized commission rates may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

  4. Payment Terms
    Affiliate commissions are paid monthly via [your chosen method, e.g., PayPal or bank transfer], with a 30-day validation period to account for cancellations or refunds.

  5. Cookie Duration
    Cookies last 30 days. If a customer completes a purchase within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link, the affiliate earns the commission.

  6. Exclusions
    Commission does not apply to:

  • Gift cards

  • Taxes or shipping costs

  • Wholesale, distributor, or B2B orders

  1. Fraudulent Activity
    Any fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

  2. Promotional Guidelines
    Affiliates may not:

  • Misrepresent the brand

  • Bid on branded keywords in paid ads

  • Use unauthorized assets or logos

  1. Program Changes
    We reserve the right to update or modify the Affiliate Program terms at any time with reasonable notice.
